We often ship in stock items the day they are ordered, but always by the next business day. On rare occasions we are out of stock on an item; these still often ship the same day; otherwise in 1 or 2 business days.

We offer a One Year Warranty on all new and refurbished equipment (except handsets, which have a 30 Day Warranty). Out of Service equipment has a 30 Day Warranty.

This warranty is limited to shipping you replacement items upon receipt of the items we sent you. This does not cover failure due to customer abuse, electrical surges, lightning damage, Acts of God, Acts of Nature or Acts of War.
