| There Is a Problem with Equipment Under Warranty | If there is a problem with equipment that you purchased from us that is under warranty, please call us at (877) 862-3611. Please be ready to tell us under what name (or company name) the purchase was made, about when the purchase occurred and the nature of the problem.
In most instances, we will advance ship a replacement to you without requiring to first receive the failed equipment.
When you do ship the equipment back, please be sure to place a note inside the package identifying yourself and the trouble with the equipment.
